We had a wonderfully busy weekend here in Dresden at the Netzwerk Gemeinde! On Sunday, we had our second baptism jointly with the Baptist Church in Cotta, just as we did back on Easter Sunday. This time around, we saw S. baptized. She has been attending our meetings and living in the refuge for several months now. God has rescued her from an incredibly difficult life of, among other things, Heroin addiction.
Monday night, all the regular Home Groups met together for our first monthly joint meeting and we had our first ever Lord’s Supper. It was a special time, and we hope we can avoid falling into any sort of traditional routine with both of these observances, even as we (hopefully) continue to do them both often!
