The idea behind the Creative Arts Engager is to increase the team’s engagement with non-Christian Germans in Dresden. We are looking for people who have ability and experience in an artistic field, with an aim to get them to live in downtown Dresden and become a part of the artistic community. At least half of their time would be spent in legitimately practicing their art and achieving exposure while engaging people and building relationships with an aim to form groups and share the Gospel. (We want quality artists who happen to be actively witnessing Christians, not vocational ministers who have a hobby.) The remaining portion of their time would be devoted to working with the team in attracting, establishing, and assisting groups of people at various stages of discipleship from pre-Christian through leadership training.
